Our business model is built around developing long-term relationships with our clients, rather than the project-to-project approach used by many consultants. We historically receive 80 percent or more of our work from these long-term relationships.
SVS takes both a personal and professional interest in our clients’ success. We do a deep dive into the client’s mission to understand their program objectives, organizational culture, needs and expectations, and those critical success factors which will determine a successful outcome for all stakeholders at a level that other consultants would never attempt to achieve.
